In 2024, my life changed after I survived a stroke followed by open heart surgery.
Here’s a little of what I’ve learned after having open heart surgery 6 months ago:

From our initial consult calls to your customized EFP Prep Guide, Erin is your single-point-of-contact and delivers white-glove customer service. She also edits and delivers your images to the EFP brand you know and trust.
In 2016, we launched EFP in Portland, OR where we still have our flagship studio.
In 2022, we added Nate and Carlos to serve our Portland-based clients.
In 2025, we expanded again to add Savanna to serve our NYC clientele.
In 2026, Faye joined the EFP team to serve our Saratoga Springs and Upstate NY clientele.

With 16 years of experience including years as a celebrity-photographer for the Associated Press, Carlos has an uncanny ability to execute crisp, bright marketing photos that tell a story and get the job done.

Nate is wildly talented and scrappy when it comes to creating beautiful photographs. He prides himself in making a meaningful photo and providing a fun and easy photoshoot experience for all of our clients.

SAVANNA
We have 2 PhDs on the team! Savanna has her PhD in Psychology, with a focus on children with neurodevelopmental disorders which makes her absolutely exceptional with children and parents during our NYC family sessions.

FAYE
Faye is a former stockbroker and built a multimillion-dollar company during covid. She is an Albany 40 Under 40 recipient and brings her good eye and great taste to the EFP Saratoga studio.

Like our phd advisor said,

After defending my Chemistry PhD in 2013, I spent 5 years at Intel as an Engineer.
In 2018, I was sitting at my cubicle coding a robot and pushed my laptop away from myself. I wanted to work with people instead of robots.
There was a huge gap for marketing photography for local, small businesses. I trusted that I could figure out the biz side of things, and here we are: a bicoastal, multi-brand business with an A-team.
If you have a dream, chase after it. You can always make more money, you can never make more time.
